JASBEL Energy Project Procurement and Logistics Manager Jobs in Ethiopia; The Project Procurement and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing project procurement, and logistics to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with client and regulatory standards. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, managing risks, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• BA in any Business related studies or Engineering with relevant experience.

• Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in procurement, logistics, at least 3 years in project management

• Experience in Construction or related field prefered

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Logistics

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Monitor demand forecasts, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of resources.

• Maintain compliance with internal policies and client standards.

2. Project Execution & Risk Management

• Plan, implement, and oversee projects to improve operational performance.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure seamless execution.

• Implement quality assurance protocols and process enhancements.

3. Communication & Strategic Alignment

• Collaborate with company leadership to establish priorities and align objectives.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Provide regular reports on project status, procurement, inventory and logistics performance.

4. Continuous Improvement & Compliance

• Enhance organizational capacity by refining processes and implementing best practices.

• Ensure all operational activities adhere to industry standards, regulations, and budget constraints.

• Lead documentation, training, and implementation of new procedures.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Project Manager.
