Our client in Cosmetics Industry seeks an ideal candidate who will be responsible for creating and executing their Marketing strategy.
The job holder will lead and implement Marketing strategies for cosmetics and skincare products with a focus on topline growth and increased market share.
He/ She will manage the Company’s image in a cohesive way to achieve the marketing goals by leveraging on social media, influencer marketing and website to drive brand awareness.
The jobholder will lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. He/she should have a strong marketing background in cosmetics with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan
Provide strategic ideas on how to run marketing offline for retail clients and understand how to integrate both offline and online marketing strategies to maximize outreach.
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Improve a social media presence for the brand on all social media platforms
Develop and implement creative and highly measurable social media programs and campaigns
Create engaging multimedia content i.e. How-To, Get the Look, Product Demos, Tutorials, etc.
Stay
on top of current social trends and competitor’s campaigns
Develop and maintain relationship with media influencers, influencer platforms and key bloggers/vloggers
Manage all media relations, consumer events, public relations and publicity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience in marketing beauty and cosmetics industry
Should be a strategic thinker, an “influencer,” a consensus builder, and excellent team player
Extensive knowledge of implementing digital/social media campaigns and brand management through Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Ability to build strong and long-lasting profitable relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills and disciplined
Must be aggressive, proactive and have a strong business acumen
Strong decision making skills, loyalty to brand & Collaborative skills
