Summary of JobThe health and nutrition specialist will be responsible for coordination and implementation of a health and nutrition projects.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to all projects related to health and nutrition, including design development of M&E system and provide capacity building activities to clients.
Take part as a team member and/or as team leader on project evaluation, baseline survey and diagnostic studies on health related projects.
In addition, the Health and nutrition specialist will oversee the day-to-day technical aspect of the projects, including the provision of technical support to program implementation in the field and technical inputs; and data analysis processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and support related to Design, Monitoring and Evaluation systems, studies and project evaluations.
Responsible for ensuring finalization of high quality deliverables for clients.
Organize and prepare timely reports on projects.
Support new business development as required.
Represent the company in external meetings as required.
Job Requirements
Desired Qualifications
Must have Masters level degree in Public health, Nutrition, MD or related field.
Ten years of professional work experience in implementation & monitoring and evaluation of health and nutrition programs.
Ability to provide supportive supervision, staff development, mentoring and capacity building.
Experience with monitoring and evaluation processes desirable.
Must be a team player and have the ability to work cross-culturally.
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
