Job Description

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the BD Officer will be responsible in the following main duties and responsibilities.

Responsible for excavating new projects in the region and negotiating customer needs,

Responsible for expanding the company's information channels and expanding the market share of company hotels;

Responsible in reporting to the BD Director and the Client Manager on daily basis through

Providing a summarized report of the week and the plan of the coming week.

Should focus on the specifically assigned area to achieve the predefined goals/KPIs.

Providing a Technical research plan of the assigned areas.

Work on any activities based on the line Manager’s directive.

Job Requirements

Full-time graduated ( BA Degree) from credential and high standard university, preferred with experience in studying abroad

Familiar with the local market.

More than 3 years of market sales or expansion experience, experience in the hospitality industry, with large and medium-sized enterprises, tourism services, brand management companies.

Multinational management experience is preferred.

Have good communication skills and customer handling capabilities.
