Job Description

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the BD Officer will be responsible in the following main duties and responsibilities.

  • Responsible for excavating new projects in the region and negotiating customer needs,

  • Responsible for expanding the company's information channels and expanding the market share of company hotels;

  • Responsible in reporting to the BD Director and the Client Manager on daily basis through

  • Providing a summarized report of the week and the plan of the coming week.

  • Should focus on the specifically assigned area to achieve the predefined goals/KPIs.

  • Providing a Technical research plan of the assigned areas.

  • Work on any activities based on the line Manager’s directive.

    Job Requirements

  • Full-time graduated ( BA Degree) from credential and high standard university, preferred with experience in studying abroad

  • Familiar with the local market.

  • More than 3 years of market sales or expansion experience, experience in the hospitality industry, with large and medium-sized enterprises, tourism services, brand management companies.

  • Multinational management experience is preferred.

  • Have good communication skills and customer handling capabilities.
