SAP Business Analyst

Reporting to the Information Technology (IT) Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

Assessing business needs through business process analysis, collaboration and observation.

Driving innovation by developing truly efficient customer centric business processes.

Integrating SAP (S/4 HANA) software programs to enhance targeted business processes.

Evaluating SAP infrastructure, capabilities and making cost effective improvements.

Customizing existing programs and adding new programs to a single SAP integrated platform.

Configuring SAP solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities and user friendly interfaces.

Designing, developing and implementing business processes and solutions using SAP.

Providing SAP end user training and support.

Documenting SAP processes and preparing progress reports.

Keeping abreast with industry regulations and SAP updates, developments and offerings.

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.

KCSE Mean Grade B..

SAP certification preferably MM/SD and FICO.

Five years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
