We are looking for highly engaged candidates with a track record of excellence to fill the following positions:

Leasing Technical Support Engineer (Ref: Isuzu/04)

Reporting to the General Manager, Leasing Operations & Sales Engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the rationing functions:

Evaluate bodybuilding and product warranty technical lease claims to determine cause and cost cantors.

Liaison with the Leasing Cost Business Partner to capture all leasing operations costs.

Management of outsourced lease suppliers to assure (emery and agreed turnaround time.

Monthly generation of data and information for all lease vehicles for warranty and replacement cost monitoring.

Coordination of bodybuilding and product warranty repairs with Bodybuilding and Field engineering artillerymen.

Monthly

generation and update of leaseholder' technical information.

Management of annual government inspection 01 lease vehicles

Support in the development of alternators accessories and components.

Develop special equipment and customer special specification Retirements.

Follow through execution of denial execution With Engineering end development suppliers.

For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Five (5) years relevant experience.

Good understanding of engineering quality processes.

Experience in managing several projects simultaneously.

Ability to deal with ambiguity excellent presentation, communication & Interpersonal skills.
