Business Systems Coordinator

Reporting to the Information Technology (IT) Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

Deploying, administering, configuring, customizing, integrating and maintaining business systems, such as DMS, CRM, ERR HRMS and other software applications.

Installing, configuring and maintaining all hardware and software components.

Implementing and maintaining appropriate IT security measures.

Monitoring and resolving all IT issues related to performance and connectivity.

User account management in line with company policies and procedures.

Training and providing technical support to end users.

Maintaining inventory of all IT hardware and software components.

Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, including data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Candidates

must meet the following minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

KCSE Mean Grade B+.

Five years' experience in business systems and IT administration or a related field.

Strong knowledge of business systems such as DMS, CRM, ERP, HRMS and other software applications and their configuration and customization.

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and routing.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange Server.

Experience in cloud computing, virtualization and storage technologies.

Certifications in relevant technologies such as CompTIA, Network+, Security+ or

Microsoft MCSA/MCSE are an added advantage.
