Job DescriptionCore Duties and ResponsibilitiesSchedule and oversee warehouse, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
Store the right amount of materials, goods and products in the right location to feed the business’s and production's operational demands
Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation and training and safety records
Assisting with deliveries where required.
Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand
Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with department strategy
Implementing operational policies and procedures
Receive goods and ensure proper storage as per manufacturer instruction
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
Review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, inventory management ,quality and customer service standards are met
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Insure the good storage practice in the warehouse at all time
Maintain Total Quality Management systems throughout his/her activities to ensure that
the best possible products and services are provided to customers.
Update stock and bin cards for products regularly and maintain safety stock
follow standard operation procedure of product receiving ,storage, dispatching and clean working environment
Apply the principles of FEFO and/or FIFO as appropriate
Undertake weekly, monthly inventory and report for any discrepancy to management
Regularly develop a weekly, monthly report for the line manager and ensure their approval.
Always adhere to policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all health, safety and Environmental and other regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
Requirement and work experience
BSc in Pharmacy and 2 year and Above Experience or Diploma with 3 year and above Experience in pharmaceutical store management and license is mandatory
Training on supply chain management or similar courses is advantageous

Professional computer and MS-Office skills
