Islamic Relief Programme Development and Partnership Manger Jobs in Kenya

Islamic Relief Worldwide are looking to recruit a Programme Development and Partnership Manager who will be responsible for strengthening IRK’s development and Fundraising Unit in a bid to increase IRK’s funding programme.

H/She will provide effective and strategic leadership to build the country’s capacity in establishing and sustaining long lasting relationships and network with donors. H/She will lead, manage and develop staff in order to ensure that the unit has capacity to achieve its objectives.

Requirements

Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Development studies, International Relation/ or other relevant discipline

Excellent English Language skills (written and spoken)

Relevant experience with an INGO in a senior programme funding position

Project management qualification (PMD Pro, PMI etc)

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of time, mostly to remote areas.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SPSS)
