This position is part of the Senior Management Team based at the Ipas Africa Alliance Office in Nairobi, Kenya and will provide overall technical leadership, strategic oversight to staff to achieve the organization's vision, mission and objectives.

The position holder is responsible for the oversight of the development and implementation of cross - functional strategies to enhance access to comprehensive abortion care and contraceptive services and will support the Alliance Program Director in seeking new business opportunities for in-country programs as well as donor relations management.

The Quality of Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Quality of Care team to ensure that all programs are implemented, providing technical support to the Quality of Care team to ensure that implementation of the safe care program is aligned to the quality standards and meets clinical compliance as per the organizational and national technical guidelines.

He/ She oversees management of country trainers and mentors to ensure that they are up to date with clinical evidence and compliant with with Ipas standards for provider trainings and post training support.
