Ipas, a global, non-profit reproductive health organization, is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager for Africa located either in the Africa Alliance office in Nairobi, Kenya, or nested in one of Ipas country programs across the region.

The Regional HR Manager is responsible for supervising the Senior HR Advisor who primarily supports Ipas’s Kenya and Uganda operations and for providing leadership support, technical assistance in HR management to other country programs.

This position’s responsibilities may include providing guidance and support to ensure the following: adequate organizational staffing and structures, compliant employee contracts; effective recruitment and on-boarding processes, separation management, competitive compensation and benefits, compliance with and development of organizational policies, training and development, and performance management practices.
