Investigation Officers Jobs in Ruiru, Kenya
Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo develop investigation/work plans for the cases allocated.
Undertake investigations on fraud or misappropriation of company property or any criminal activity.
Carry out ad hoc investigations and reviews based on the audit findings.
Gather, analyse and organize evidence as per procedure.
Gather information and produce intelligence reports to inform investigations.
To ensure safe custody of all investigative records and evidence.
Document all investigations in concise, factual and timely manner.
Support prosecution process in court by attending court sittings involving investigations handled.
Qualifications and Experience
University degree and/or professional certification.
Minimum three (3) years relevant experience
Relevant training in investigations from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
Candidate must be a person of integrity, with an analytical mind and problem solving skills.
Job related knowledge in areas related to possible investigations.
Proficient in computers and excellent report writing skills.
Ability to maintain confidence and trust regarding sensitive issues.
