Job Description

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Liaison and work actively with all the concerned government and private entities.

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of goals.

  • Design and apply appropriate project management standards for projects.

  • Manage the implementation of the required deliverables.

  • Actively manage monthly meetings and provide briefings both on developments and issues as necessary.

  • Develop and maintain annual plans and circulate to all.

  • Manage the team and assure the implementation of tasks.

  • Analyze the collected data and submit credible reports

  • Prepare performance periodic reports.

  • Oversee all projects and follow up with deliverables.

  • Report writing

  • Activity Planning and Sequencing.

  • Resource Planning

  • Developing Schedule and Budget

  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Create schedule and project timeline.

  • Track deliverables

    Qualification, Experience and Skills

  • BA degree in Management, Project Management, and or other related fields with 6 years and above work experience in project management field preferably in investment and business development sectors.

  • Experience in managing investment and development relatd projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Working knowledge of federal, state and local regulations
