Requirements

Technical Requirements for 0-2 years’ Experience

Programming Fundamentals (Python, Java)

Basic SQL

Familiarity with Windows/Linux

Troubleshooting Skills

Learning Agility

Technical Requirements for 3-5 years’ Experience

Proven Experience in technical support/implementation (fintech/financial services preferred)

Programming Proficiency (Python, Java, JavaScript)

Advanced SQL

Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Infrastructure Management

Advanced Troubleshooting

Tool & Technology Mastery (ticketing systems, monitoring tools)

Education – A first degree from a reputable institution

Program Duration – 6 Months
