Job Description

The Deputy CEO will: report to the CEO and the Board, and be saddled with the responsibility of ensuring the efficient operation of our healthcare facilities, ensuring business continuity and profitability, identifying problems, opportunities, and service gaps; recommend initiatives; and, if necessary, make changes to policies and programs.

Responsibilities

Supports the CEO to achieve the strategic and operational direction of the organization.

Works towards the achievement of the Organization strategic objectives, working to balance short term results with long term sustainability.

Contribute to establish clear and consistent management practices across Intersect Consortium to ensure an effective and cohesive management team.

Establishing and managing relationships with key stakeholders such as board members, shareholders, investors, regulators, and competitors.

Reviewing budgets and financial statements to ensure that the organization is in compliance with short and long term financial goals.

Develop a relationship with outside organizations, including the medical community, referring physicians, and the media.

Participate in the recruitment of new physicians and other medical staff.

Fully understand the internal processes of all clinical and non-clinical departments.

Ensure and improve standard of care within all mental health centers and services.

Manage company organizational structure.

Assess and minimize risks

to the company.

Set strategic goals.

Support the CEO to provide company-wide leadership.

Stay up to date on medical trends.

Minimum Requirements

Must possess an MBA and must be a member at least one recognized professional body, nationally or internationally.

Over 10 year experience in Management of businesses, organization and institutions.

A Medical Degree and board certification in Psychology, Sociology or from any mental health association is an advantage.

Possess Financial and administrative proficiency.

Experience in managing any health facility is an advantage.
