International Scholarships for African Students

I have applied to the University of Oregon as a transfer student from the National University of Lesotho and I was only able to apply for a Work-Study scholarship at the University of Oregon.

I need to know whether it is worth it and how appropriate it is to apply for a scholarship from you. If yes, how do I get the application form, and is it possible to apply on line?

I'm only awaiting to write TOEFL.
