International Potato Center Enumerators Jobs in Uganda

Job Description

The International Potato Center is looking for enumerators to conduct a baseline study on the status of OFSP production and utilization and the nutritional status and welfare of sweetpotato growing households in Northern and Eastern Uganda.

The study will be conducted in the following districts: Adjumani, Lamwo, Pader, Agago, Kotido, Moroto, Tororo, Busia and Butaleja districts of Uganda.

The position is a Consultancy position limited to Uganda nationals and permanent residents only.

The duration of the assignment will vary between 5-10 days depending on the number of households sampled in the district where the enumerator has competence in language.

Key Responsibilities

Collect data from farming households using Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI)

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in agricultural or nutrition studies

An excellent knowledge of any one of the following languages: Luo, Madi, Ng’akarimajong, Jopadhola, Samia and Lunyole in speech, reading and writing
