International Conflict and Co-operation Scholarship

I have just been offered a postgraduate place at the university of Stirling to study International Conflict and Co-operation one year full-time.

I have no resources to meet my tuition fees of £3400. Is it possible to get a scholarship this belatedly, and if so, what do I have to do to access it?
