Job Description

International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) is one of the largest of independent clinical diagnostic centers on the African continent.

ICL has opened its door for service in 2004 with the aim of “contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of the quality of life throughout Ethiopia” by encompassing a system of human and physical resources designed to meet the changing healthcare needs of the population it serves.

It is the only laboratory accredited by the USA based Joint Commission International (JCI) for five times in a row. The laboratory provides more than 3000 tests in collaboration with its referral laboratories.

ICL would like to fill the following vacant positions under Business Development Department by inviting all qualified and competent applicants:

Role/Position Summary:

Responsible for part of business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives and implementing sales plans; responsible for all marketing, advertising and promotional activities, and managing sales staff.

Major Responsibilities

Creative duties on designing promotional posters, broachers and flayers and follow the publication process

Search for potential customers and build partnership

Facilitates presentations for exhibitions to promote services and prepare documentations in participating laboratory services auctions.

Plan approaches and areas of marketing programs, facilitate the conduct and evaluate the work in its section

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor degree in Marketing with three years of supervisory position experience

Background in health profession will be a plus

Ability of working with illustrator /Photoshop/publisher
