Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to lead County engagement and growth and diversification of grant income to improve the organizations business research and development position.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring Counties buy-in for ICRHK/PMA project and to expand and diversify the institutional donor portfolio as well as the corporate base.

Responsibilities

S/he will work proactively with Senior management team and other staff to identify and win appropriate grant opportunities by ensuring the timely and quality delivery of successful grant proposals.

S/he will participate in defining the organizations strategic goals, builds key Partner & Donor relationships, identify research opportunities, negotiates and closes research contracts/deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current donor funding opportunities.
