Job Profile
Key Responsibilities
Plan, direct, control and run optimum day-to-day production operations
Increase production, minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards
Responsible for on-time dispatch of orders by keeping close follow up of all departments
Participate in daily production meetings and prepare regular reports for decision makers
Engage employees and maintain a favorable working atmosphere to achieve objectives
Keep track of procedures and working methods with employees
Identify source of slowdowns of the production chain and resolve situation effectively
Document employee records and conduct performance evaluations
Access workforce needs, and maintain versatility within team
Commit to plant safety procedures and develop systems to promote a culture of health and safety
Training and integration of new employees
Job Requirements
Desired Candidate
Degree or equivalent from a reputable technical school
Proven work experience as a Factory Manager / Production Manager (Minimum 5 years).
Ability to show initiative and to lead by example
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work under pressure
Strong organizational skills, team building and people management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong management, communications and leadership skills.
Computer literacy
English proficiency (Oral and written)
