Responsibilities

As a Mason, you will attend to repairs / installation of floor tiles, false ceilings.

In addition, you will carry out construction work under the guidance of the Chief Engineer or his assistant, carry out repairs, maintain and alter buildings, retaining walls and other brick or stone edifices and also estimate masonry jobs.

Complying with Hotel’s Health, Safety & Hygiene policy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the implementation and standardization of validated clinical policies, tools, and hygiene protocols in order to minimize clinical risks and grant quality of staff case management.

Promote and maintain confidentiality regarding all patient cases and records.

Implement diagnose, prescription and prevention procedures that fall under the scope of his/her competencies applying medical knowledge, asking appropriate questions to colleagues.

Ensure correct implementation of the medical treatments and to refer colleagues when appropriate.

Offer counseling services to colleagues

Assist in monitoring the staff medical insurance and work closely with the medical providers

Advise management on staff health matters

Diagnose different cases

Follow up on medical cases of different colleagues

Conduct pre employment medical examinations

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma in Clinical medicine
Over 10 years experience in the medical field

Practiced counseling for over 8 years

InterContinental Hotel Digital Marketing Executive Vacancies in Nairobi

Responsibilities

Assists in the annual marketing strategy and budget process, consulting to ensure channel optimisation for direct revenue, resource allocation, risk identification and new business opportunities

Strengthen customer relationships through Social and Earned Media, monitoring both hotel, outlet and competitors’ presence on social media for performance enhancement

Is the custodian of the customer experience across the distribution channels ensuring the hotel and outlet value propositions and communication of them are consistent and effective throughout each channel, for all customer types

Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.

Become an advocate of the hotel in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

Manage a Blogger outreach program and build an active network to spread the word about the hotel.

Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs,

and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Sales & Revenue teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion

Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and application

Required Skills / Qualifications

Strong project management or organizational skills.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.

Knowledge of blogging ecosystem relevant to the hotel's field.

Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.

Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.

Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.

Public relations, Sales, Community Management experience, a plus.

Qualifications

Ideally, you'll have minimum 2 years post graduate work experience or 2 years Marketing experience, coupled with excellent communications skills, written & oral proficiency in English.

A degree in Marketing or relevant college qualifications.
