ResponsibilitiesAct as the point of contact between the Director and clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain office filing system
Requirements
Minimum of two years work experience as a Personal Assistant
proficiency in MS Office packages
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality
HND/BSC
