Job Summary

The center head is responsible for the overall management and operations of a specific center or branch of an organization.

They oversee all aspects of the center, including sales, customer service, staffing, and financial performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve the center's goals and objectives

Monitor and manage the center's financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and expenses

Hire, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and perform their duties effectively
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders

Ensure that the center is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase the center's visibility and attract new customers

Prepare and submit regular reports on the center's performance to senior management

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve the center's operations and customer service

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or a related field

5+ years of experience in management, preferably in a retail or customer service environment

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational

and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Familiarity with financial statements and budgeting processes

Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies is a plus
