Inquiry on Master Programs

My question is; I am a Ugandan who is a development practitioner with first degree in development Studies and working temporary with CBO in the community.

I feel that I should pursue another degree either postgraduate or master degree from outside Uganda but I am lacking funds. I wonder if any organisation can offer me scholarship so that I can pursue another degree.
