Job DescriptionInitiative for Social Accountability Promotion (ISAP), a local NGO, in collaboration with European Union Civil Society Fund-III an International donor wants to invite all interested and eligible bidders to Conduct Citizens Report Card Survey(CRCs) for the project to be implemented Addis Ababa, Hawassa and Adama City Administrations for the project entitled: Ensuring the participation of actors for transparency and accountability of institutions to fight against corruption and promote democratic governance and rule of law in Ethiopia funded by European Union Civil Society Fund- III through Transparency Ethiopia(TE).

A complete set of tendering documents in English may be purchased by interested and eligible bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100.00 ETB ( one hundred birr only). The methods of payment will be in cash.
Bid documents can be obtained from Initiative for Social Accountability Promotion (ISAP) located at Bole
sub city, Woreda 05, H.No 1052(22 Mazoria Haile Gebresellasie Avenue) during office hours within 10 consecutive days starting from 1st date of notification of this advertisement appeared on the Ethiojobs.com
The bid closing date will be on December 14/12/2020 at 4:30PM.
The bid shall be wax sealed and vividly marked bid for Conduct Citizens Report Card Survey(CRCs).
All bids for Citizens Report Card Survey(CRCs) should be delivered and registered on the form placed at Initiative for Social Accountability Promotion (ISAP) Office , at Bole sub city, Woreda 05, H.No 1052(22 Mazoria Haile Gebresellasie Avenue), which will be opened on December 23/2020 at 10:00AM in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives
Job Requirements
All bidders shall provide the following legal documents original and copies of:
Trade License for Consultancy works especially SA tools defining the legal status with renewal for the year under consideration.
VAT Registration or TOT and tax payer registration certificate with tin number.
Registration Certificate.
How to Apply
Bidders are requested to fulfill all the necessary details in the bid documents.
Initiative for Social Accountability Promotion reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
