Job DescriptionInfinity Advance Technology Solutions PLC (IATS) is a leading medical equipment distributor and technical service provider in Ethiopia.
Currently the company needs to hire a qualified personnel as per the following details:
A Human Resources (HR) Assistant is a certified professional who handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.
The HR assistant assist HR manager with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees.
Summary of the Job
Sales team leader is responsible to lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales objectives and goals, analyzing data and building their team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understand the organization, workflow, procedures and internal department interaction.
Understand and organize all the list of products allocated to the team.
Prepare annual sales activity and targeted plan for team and present to sales and marketing coordinator.
Prepare and submit annual budget plan for sales activities.
Support team members in identifying key technical specifications and selling points of their products.
Analyze the competition landscape.
Understand the procurement procedures of both private and government purchasing bodies.
Make sure product specific promotional materials are prepared by the team members.
Notify and update the team and cross department about New Model, Product update, New supplier and phaseout products.
Guide sales team on customer segmentation & prioritization and planning sales activity based on annual target.
Mentor the proactive engagement of sales representative with customer, based on CRM records and meetings.
Communicate and maintain strong relationship with KOL.
Align with team about their projected weekly activities on CRM and present organized report to sales and marketing manager.
Analyze team’s lead and opportunity conversion considering time and resource management, give feedback for further improvement.
Communicate with suppliers on financial matters to prepare suitable solution for customer.
Communicate with supplier on respective modality annual sales plan.
Review tender document and decide on which item the team will be participated based on RA and volume of the request. Allocate item to respective sales representative as per their specialty.
Review tender documents prepare by team and give financial proposal to sales and marketing operation coordinator for approval. Make sure country of origin, HS code and port of loading is stated on quote.
Review tender records and strategize feature activities.
Centrally keep record of quotation given to customer by the team.
Validate the stock item request presented by sales representative to make sure adequate analysis has been done.
Approve order confirmation form before IATS get into contractual agreement.
Make sure the team achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objective.
Analyze and Report monthly quarterly and annual sales performance to sales and marketing coordinator including lost deal with feedback.
Submit incentive request for the team as per quarterly performance.
Monitor handling and application training given by sales representative.
collaborate with marketing team and assign team members to attend and support in marketing activity.
Support and assign team members for customs clearance inspection.
Assist finance team on payment collection process.
Plan resource needed for team and submit request to sales and marketing operation coordinator.
Plan and facilitate product and on job training for the team and do impact assessment after the training.
Do performance evaluation and appraisal for the team.
Report incident and nonconformity to sales and marketing operation coordinator.
Take corrective action for incident and nonconformity instructed by sales and marketing manger
Suggest new supplier as per the market demand in collaboration with sales and marketing operation coordinator.
Job Requirements
Qualifications Required
Education
BSC/MSC in medical health, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields
Experience
Three + years; Two + years in a team leader/managerial position with increasing responsibility
Certification(s)
Supplier training certificate (Recommended)
