Job Vacancy:

  • Indian Cuisine Cook

    Roles

  • Prepare new Indian cuisine recipes and design food menus;
  • Responsible to maintain quality and consistency in taste, presentation and appearance according to recipes and pictures;
  • Stock supplies and organize cooking stations prior to peak operation hours;
  • Coordinate restaurant supervisors on stocks, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing;
  • Decide what quantities are to be cooked and the amount of portions to be served;
  • Constantly check the quality of the food being served to customers.

    Qualifications

  • Verifiable experience working on Indian cuisine
  • Must possess a KSCE certificate
  • Well-founded comprehension of regulations regarding the handling of food and public safety.
