Impact Research and Development Organization (IRDO) is a registered Kenyan NGO headquartered in Kisumu, with regional offices in 6 counties of Kenya.

Program positions listed below are open in Kisumu under the Key Populations Investment Fund (KPIF) between April 2019 and September 2021. depending on performance and availability of funds.

Position Title:

  • Technical Advisor
    Minimum qualifications:
  • Master's degree in public health or related field, with experience in coordinating Key Populations program.
  • Experience working with county governments is an added advantage

    Position Title:
  • Data Manager / Data Analyst
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Applied Mathematics or related field with professional experience in quantitative data analysis and technical writing

    Position Title:
  • Senior Accountant
    Minimum Requirements:
  • Registered member of ICPAK
  • Bacheloof Commerce degree with 5 years of experience in financial management and monitoring systems.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of USG regulations and experience with ERP an added advantage.

    Position Title:
  • Communications Officer
    Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in Communications/Media Technology/Computer Science or its equivalent
  • Have at least 3 years' experience preferably in graphic design and developing high impact websites in a development sector
  • Have excellent writing and communication skills.
