Impact Research and Development Organization Research & Administrative Assistant Job Vacancies in Kenya

Reporting to

The Director Location: Kisumu, but ready to travel to other counties

Terms:

One year renewable based on performance and availability of funds,.

Position opens:

October/November 2017

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor of Science, Public Health or related field; MPH in Epidemiology or relevant post—basic degree highly advantageous

Five years leadership experience in biomedical research field, preferably clinical trials

Experience with data analysis — qualitative and/or quantitative - advantageous

Evidence of publication in an academic journal, newspaper, etc (not project report, thesis or dissertation) to confirm writing skills

Experience with electronic literature search, referencing styles, proof-reading, etc.

Demonstrated keenness in being mentored in research and publishing.

Organized, flexible and able to perform administrative duties in the Director's office.
