Job PurposeIemas Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven and solutions-oriented administrator with business acumen and experience in rewards programmes and systems who can co-ordinate resources and service level agreements and manage projects and internal services to work together in delivering a service to Iemas and other potential clients and drive financial viability.
Job Outputs Provide a full Rewards Administrative and support capability to Iemas (as a client), which capability can be offered to other clients.
Translate the start-up strategy and business priorities into capabilities as part of the customer value proposition.
Drive and review the effective contracting of and service level agreements with strategic service provider partners (internal to Iemas, as well as external service providers) to create value for all parties.
Develop, implement and maintain marketing, new business development, communication and relationship management strategies, action plans and budgets.
Drive, target and engage with Iemas Rewards partners, including marketing.
Initiate actions and campaigns to acquire new employer partners and members and implement sales promotions with targeted communication to group and members.
Manage interfaces between service providers and all functions to ensure proper process flows.
Manage the effective enablement of the partner IT integration.
Develop, implement and maintain an Iemas Employer Group Rewards Program strategy to attract new and retain existing employer partners and members.
Drive the behavioural incentives on the Iemas Rewards Program.
Develop a competitive customer value proposition for Member and Employer Group Rewards, based on financial modelling and data-centered analytics.
Drive
the modelling of the employer partners and members benefits and associated Business Information and Managing Information dashboards.
Develop the annual budgets of the Company and provide input to the Iemas overall budget planning process.
Effective reporting on all financial, business related and risk indicators.
Qualifications
A Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Marketing and Communications is essential.
A Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Marketing or Communication will be beneficial.
Experience
At least 7 years’ experience in Loyalty/rewards programme management in financial services is essential.
3 Years’ experience in managing service delivery through service level agreements with service providers is recommended.
3 Years’ experience in business development and marketing is recommended.
3 Years’ experience in project management will be an advantage.
