Primary Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and guidance on key decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management reports and ad hoc analyses, to provide insights into business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial and strategic goals.
Participate in the development of business cases and investment proposals to support growth initiatives.
Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
Support the development of pricing strategies, including analysis of customer profitability and market trends.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior finance staff as needed.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.
Monitor and manage the financial performance of assigned departments, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance financial results.
Participate in the development of long-term strategic plans for the organization, including financial projections and analysis.
Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of different scenarios on business performance and financial outcomes.
Provide support and analysis for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including developing financial models and providing guidance to department heads on budget preparation.
Analyze and
report on key financial metrics, including revenue, margin, and cash flow.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management and control.
Monitor and report on industry trends, benchmarking against competitors and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Person Specifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; CPA-k/ACCA required.
8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Advanced Excel skills required; experience with financial modeling preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and other financial software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
