I&M Bank Assistant Manager, Back Office Supervisor Jobs in Kenya

Job Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible for overall management of the back-office operations to achieve and maintain good customer relations, operational efficiency and compliance with operational guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly verify diverse transactions like EFTs, salary transfers, uploads, RTGS & TTs, etc.

Serve as second vault custodian, ensuring secure handling of valuables.

Maintain optimal cash levels, manage ATM operations, and reconcile cash.

Safely store and reconcile serialized stationery for accurate record-keeping.

Oversee branch opening, closing, and general management.

Reconcile branch suspense accounts to ensure accuracy.

Ensure timely processing of TTs, RTGS, and outward clearing items.

Manage leave, appraisals, KPIs, and coaching for back-office team.

Respond to customer queries related to back-office matters.

Work Experience Required:

At least two (2) years’ relevant experience in a similar role in a similar sized organization
