Job Purpose

Support business environment in relation to all ICT matters to support the bank’s operations.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks

Core Banking End-of-Day Support:

• To support the branch users on core banking end-of-day process.

• To provide EOD and EOM reports to stakeholders

• To support all banking applications (Treasury/OCH/FAS etc.)

IT Governance:

• To arrange meetings with the vendor to discuss service performance

• To manage and maintain vendor contracts

• To perform service-level management

User Management:

• To Create, Review, Update, and Delete application/database/operating system users as per the defined process and approval.

• To make sure Change Management Process is adhered to.

Reporting:

• Generate system reports on a day-to-day basis such as end-of-day reports, etc.

• To provide support to Auditors - Internal & External.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks

• To customize the existing report

System Management:

• Review daily application backup reports and escalate to the vendor in case of issues.

• Monitor application servers’ health – memory/disk/processor.

• Monitor all Bank Applications in terms of Availability/Utilization and functionality

Helpdesk Management:

• To make sure all user issues are logged and tracked under managed engine service desk.

• To provide weekly reports of overdue issues.

• To manage all issues logged to the vendors.

• To manage user issues escalation.

Risk Management:

• Ensure security matters related to the computer, user, and application (anti-virus, patches, and updates) are adhered to.

• Drive remediation of risk management exceptions identified during audit or risk reviews

• Promote risk management culture

Operations:

• Respond to branch/unit queries in resolving ICT-related matters

• Prepare Monthly Service Desk Summary report
