Our technology platform supports our clinician partners in delivering better care to their patients as well as streamlining their clinic operations. Founded in 2019, we have partnered with over 1,300 independent clinics across Kenya providing a direct pathway to over 3 million patients yearly.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring office supply management, office cleanliness, and maintenance

Airtime Allowance top up to staff

Managing Staff Expense Reimbursement

Field visit allowance

Intercity travel

Out of pocket expenses

Procurement

Merchandise procurement

Procurement of all office assets and office consumables

Procurement of lab consumables

Petty cash management and reconciliation,

Travel arrangement, this includes; per diem, transport and accommodation

Office

management i.e ensuring that all utility bills for Ilara Health offices and Labs are paid

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration

At least two years of work experience in a similar role

Proficient in using computer applications, software and Google Workspace

Who You Are

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills to work well with different personalities and establish positive relationships with clients and suppliers
