We are looking to fill the following position immediately

Purpose

Marketing Manager is a strategic thought partner and a hand on and participative leader responsible for the sales and marketing operations of the company. This position is responsible for the development of Standard day-to-day marketing activity of the company.

The Marketing Manager is a member of Senior Leadership Team and plays a critical role in strategic decision making and sales, to enhance its quality service. This position works closely with CEO to support to develop well-structured sales and marketing systems of the company.

Scope of Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities of Marketing Manager are the following, but not limited;

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

Responsible to oversee the organization’s ongoing marketing operations

Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, high cash flow and business goals and objectives.

Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and Overseeing the company’s marketing budge

Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results

Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity, Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results

Preparing online and print marketing campaigns and Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communication.

Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction

Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections

Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Excellent computer, office applications, Ms. Words, PPT, Excel and email skills

Excellent writing and speaking skill of English and Amharic language

Strong interest to learn, adapt and cope with any assignment

Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

Proven experience as Marketing Manager role

Education & qualification:

Minimum of BA in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Marketing or relevant field with at least 5 years’ work experiences out of which 2 years on Marketing Manager Position.

MBA is a significant plus
