We are looking to fill the following position immediately
Purpose The strategic manager and assistant to CEO works with workplace leaders to find and take advantage of opportunities for growth and improvement.
This manager uses tools such as balanced scorecards to identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. After analyzing the results, the strategic manager and assistant to CEO leads teams in developing plans to align organizational objectives with achievable targets intended to meet high leadership expectations.
Plans typically drive improvements to internal processes, customer focused services and products and marketing strategies
Scope of Responsibilities The roles and responsibilities of Strategic Manager and assistant to CEO are the following, but not limited;
Responsible for formulates strategies or suggests changes or improvements to current business plans, policies, and procedures
Assure to formulate feasible recommendations to the management on how to optimize near-term growth.
Conducts organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
Responsible to evaluate the operational effectiveness of the entire workforce.
Provides support to identify and asses strategic issues, facilitate strategic discussion, and manage strategic initiatives.
Responsible for planning and directing an organization's strategic and long-range goals
Makes recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, and internal business process improvement
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Responsible for the development of a decentralized activity planning process and ensuring its adoption across the businesses.
Manages the development of corporate plans and budgets by playing a lead role in all the planning and budgeting activities performed by the business.
Establishes and reviews key strategic priorities and translates them into actionable and quantitative plans.
Assure that planning process to ensure that the process is timely, focused, and value adding
Responsible for the management and development of the business’s KPI infrastructure in order to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets as well as strategic objectives.
Assures the maintenance of an effective strategy department inclusive of management, coaching, and development of strategy management personnel and identifying and advising on areas for enhancement and focus.
Assure to have analytical role where he will manage analyses that will provide valuable bench marking for management as well as timely insights to various departments.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager/CEO, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research
Maintain constant communication with guests in advance of weddings, corporate retreats and other in-house events to ensure we’re prepared for them
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems

Proven experience as Strategic role
Education & qualification:
Minimum of BA in Business Administration, Marketing Management, and Management or relevant field with 0 - 2 years’ work experiences out of which 1 years on Strategic role is a significant plus.
CGPA of 3.0 and above
MBA is a plus
