Job Description

Do you have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related field with 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar role? Are you looking for more challenge in a fast-growing professional company with disciplined work culture?

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Monitor employee time and attendance through various systems and tools, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist in the administration of compensation benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding attendance policies, benefit programs, and related inquiries.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding medical insurance coverage and claims.
  • Manage the organization's medical insurance plans
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in attendance and compensation benefit regulations to ensure
    compliance.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy of attendance records and benefit enrollments.
  • Generate reports and analyze attendance data to identify trends and patterns for management review.
  • Administer compensation and benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other employee benefits.
  • Process and review payroll data, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, incentive, and other
    compensation elements.

    Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing attendance records and compensation benefit programs.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices in attendance management and benefits administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent Leadership and team-building skills, with a good track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Proficient in using HR systems, timekeeping software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
