Role profile

Reporting to the Team leade, the successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of the CEMES Insurance Agency business volumes and customer base.

Responsibilities

Market all insurance agency products

Review market analyses to determine customer needs and sales volume potential;

Collect and provide customer feedback to the team leader with the aim to improve the agency’s products and services; and

Identify opportunities for trade fairs and other events to promote the Agency’s sales and image.

Qualifications

Should be a holder of a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing or any other business related diploma/degree;

Should have at least 1 years’ sales experience in Insurance sales;

Should be self-driven with strong commercial orientation and ability to deliver business results;

Must possess excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills;

Should have strong organizational and negotiation skills and be able to respond to questions from internal and external customers.

Remuneration: Retainer ksh 12,500 + 15% commission
