Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a franchise manager for our Micro-credit client who will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Franchising Unit by implementation of sound Franchisees on sales, exceptional customer service and execute the brand promise on ground level and financial control system and procedures in accordance with Franchising standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides an established, tried-and-tested business system, which includes an established brand name and trademark.
Maintaining the franchisors standards, methods, techniques and marketing strategies
Provide financial and management investment in terms of network growth with minimal capital investment
Advise management on matters relating to loans disbursements
To provide an operations manual, marketing and advertising support and assistance in setting up the franchise package
Assist franchisees in site selection and provide guidelines on the purchase of inventory and equipment.
Maintaining the franchisers standards, methods, techniques and marketing strategies
Requirements:
BCOM- Finance or Accounting option
Should have CPA-(K) or ACCA finalist
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer accounting software
3 years of experience in similar role or Finance
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Deep understanding of business principles and practices

Our client in Service industry is looking for a competent and experienced accountant. The accountant shall provide financial information to management by inputting and analyzing accounting data as well as preparing reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare on regular basis monthly management accounts
Prepare annual financial statements.
Monitoring spending, costs and budgets
Analyze the company’s financial performance and provide a report to the Management
Preparation of annual budgets and forecast.
Advice on ways to reduce costs and increase revenue.
Develop and provide a financial framework for making business decision.
Liaise with internal and external auditors.

Manage a team of accounting clerks and finance officers.
Ensure that all sections within the finance department are running smoothly.
Ensure all financial databases and softwares are well maintained and secured.
Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies
Manage relevant reports of management and financial information for the Business development department
Closes new business deals by coordinating and developing business development operations
Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Monitoring of new and existing portfolio and management of delinquency.
Plan and manage sales and marketing resources
according to agreed budgets.
Ensure there is a high standard of customer service delivery in customer care service, enquires, complains and compliments.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business related field
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Handle questions or complaints Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues Update account status and database regularly
Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business related studies
Proven experience as debt collector
Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Excellent communication and people skills
Apt in negotiating and persuading
Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.
