ICRHK Program Assistant Jobs in Kenya

The International Centre for Reproductive Health – Kenya (ICRHK) is a local non-profit organization that works in the area of sexual and reproductive health research and intervention programs.

Our projects are in the thematic areas of HIV/AIDS, Family planning, RHMNCH and sexual and gender-based violence.

Our staff include experts in public health, clinical services, research, project management and data. We seek to fill the following position: Program Assistant

Requirements:

Diploma in Sociology or a health related subject and above

1 year minimum experience

Experience in working for an NGO is an added advantage

Experience working as a Research Assistant is an added advantage

GCP/Human Subjects certification is an added advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team player

Key Personal Attributes:

Good organization and administrative skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel & Outlook a must.

Good interpersonal skills; works well with a range of different individuals.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.

Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

Ability to take initiative and be proactive, tactful and able to work with minimum supervision.
