ICOS Consulting PLC is one of the fast growing consulting firms in Ethiopia, combining deep industry/sector knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy development and execution, monitoring and evaluation, project feasibility studies, organizational restructuring, leadership development, and research.

ICOS envisions becoming a trusted and reputed regional development and management consulting firm. ICOS Consulting, established in 2009 G.C., is headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and has branch office in Rwanda.

Due to our planned strategic growth, we are interested in strengthening our consulting team and support staff with outstanding graduates on a full-time basis.

Job Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements

For graduate applicants - Second or advanced degree in management, business administration, strategic management, economics, marketing management, leadership, public administration, development studies, monitoring and evaluation, statistics, quantitative and/or qualitative research, and educational research, with CGPA of 3.5 or above (of a possible 4.0) at both at graduate and undergraduate levels from a reputable and an accredited university.

Experience

Exceptional and highly talented graduates with or without consultancy and research experience

For undergraduate applicants - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, leadership, development studies, marketing management, economics, monitoring and evaluation or statistics with CGPA of 3.5 or above

(of a possible 4) or comparable grade on other standards from a reputable and an accredited university.

Required competencies and personal characteristics

Candidates who can demonstrate

Independent thinking, creativity, and entrepreneurialism

Ability to work under pressure and put ideas into actions

An aptitude for learning rapidly from new experiences

Ability to lead and motivate others

Strong quantitative skills

Fluency in written and spoken English

Strong computer skills with more than average typewriting skills

For all positions, remuneration will be negotiable. Positions may involve travel to the regions in Ethiopia and even outside of Ethiopia.
