Solve IT, one of the programs under iCog; the umbrella organization, is involved in organizing competitions involving innovative ideas. SolveIT has been hosting a nationwide competition for the past year.

Our aim is to let shine, the hidden talents of the Ethiopian youth by giving them the platform and the opportunity to build and succeed on their innovative ideas while solving their community’s problems.

About The position

Oversee all aspects of the project. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project..

Job Description

Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Delegate project tasks

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Job Requirements

BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field

Proven working experience in project management

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Ability to respond promptly to queries and needs

Must be able to communicate easily and clearly in Englis
