Procurement Buyer

As a Tactical Buyer you will be responsible in creation of documents regarding orders following approved prescriptions, meeting all predefined standards for quality, following existing measures and deadlines.

Review and validate sourcing documentation, interlock with sourcing buyers as needed and request clarifications. Store relevant documentation in the designated tools;

Purchase order processing in the ERP system;
Work with internal client teams, sourcing buyers and supplier contacts to ensure seamless processing of orders and resolve issues as required;

Ongoing purchase order management and follow-up activities; support invoice queries

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelors degree in

Business or similar

Background in procurement

Excellent English language skills

Ability to work in a team

Highly organized with very strong attention to detail;

Good communication skills.as needed; assist with blocked invoice management
