Responsibilities

Drive and be responsible for all operations in achieving the FY plan for Signings, Revenue, GP and PTI for the business

Management of signings and revenue roadmap, driving to achieve and exceed commits and budget

Tracking of Signings

Working with the sales team to ensure mandatory are completed and in place for all deals

Ensuring contracts are loading timeously and accurately (check billing plans etc)

Ensure billings/invoices/project signoffs & time-sheets are processed correctly and timeously

Assist in driving business for timely payments (reduce aged debt)

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Finance

Finance background essential

Excellent with Excel

Power-point and MS Word knowledge required

Administrative and office skills

Must be organised with good time management

Good communication skills
