What you will be doing:

Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment

Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action

Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that air conditioning and refrigeration systems are operating at optimal efficiency

Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations

Maintain accurate records of work completed, equipment serviced and parts used

Lead a team of technicians, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently and effectively

Your experience and skills include:

Bachelor's degree in air conditioner and refrigeration or HVAC Technology

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in hotel maintenance

Proficiency in VRV system and LG MULTI VIII air conditioner system

Proficiency in using various tools and equipment

Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Highly responsible & reliable
