Job Summary

  • As a member of the humedica e.V country office team, position undertakes payments in cash and bank, ensures the effective management of petty cash systems, maintains bookkeeping records, paying utilities and other office expenses monthly and ensures timely payments are made to humedica staff, partners and suppliers. Provides supports on some financial issues.

    Basic Functions

  • Maintain high level accuracy in preparing bank transfer, issuing cheque and cash payment.

  • Handle the country office petty cash.

  • Properly handle all documents concerning the transactions

  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications Required

    Qualification

  • BA degree in Accounting , Management or Business Administration

    Required Experience

  • a minimum of three years related experience as cashier (Experience in humanitarian organization is desirable)

    Language skills

  • Good English speaking and writing skill

    Other Skills

  • Very good communication skill ,empathy and patience

    Interpersonal Skills requirements

  • Ability to work harmoniously with the team.
