Job summary
Under the supervision of the Logistics Officer and in direct coordination the Kampala Coordination Team, the Logistics Volunteer will:
Participate in data entry of backlog PSRs into the PSR monitoring tool
Record keeping of documents like PSR`s, Stock release forms etc.
Filing of all the log documents and ensure that the purchase file is complete
Archiving of documents both manually and electronically.
Updating the Supplier data base.
Scanning of documents like the fuel vouchers, purchase files, log books.
Re-organise the stores and ensure that all items have their stock cards assigned.
Coordinating movements of documents and items between offices.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Profile
Education and Experience
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or other related course
At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position
Previous experience in a similar position
Organised and a good planner.
Professionalism.
Great organizational and multitasking abilities
Possess excellent Computer Skills
Condition
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Length of contract: 04 months
Salary: This is not a salaried
position however HI shall offer the incumbent an allowance to cater for Transport and lunch.
