Requirements / Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource or any other related field.

  • Proven 2-3 years experience as HRM.

  • Proficiency in Payroll management.

  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft excel.

  • Background experience in an NGO will be an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of HR function (recruitment, training, development etc).

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

  • Must be a member of IHRM(K).
