Missions of Hope International (MOHI) is a Christian non-governmental organization that reaches out to orphaned and vulnerable children and their families.

Our Head Offices are at Pangani, Nairobi. We have operations among poor communities in various parts of Kenya.

We have four main Missions: Education, Spiritual development, Health and Economic
empowerment.

With the current exponential growth we are experiencing, we seek to recruit a competent, qualified and self-driven professional to fill the following position:

Director, Human Resource Development

Reporting to the CEO and serving in the executive leadership team, the HR Director originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

The holder must have a Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or related field with at least ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management of Kenya and a Certified Human Resource Practitioner.
